Rüdiger E. Fink was born in Heidenheim an der Brenz on February 23, 1955.

After successfully passing the A-level at the Johann-Michael-Sailer Secondary School in Dillingen/ Danube in 1975, Mr. Fink studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich and passed the first state examination in 1984.

University studies were followed by the required practical training which he completed successfully with the second state examination in 1987. 

Mr. Fink was admitted to the practice of law in Munich in 1988. He was then granted permission to represent clients at the Munich Higher Regional Court in 1993.


Mr. Fink has a good written and oral command of the English language, a basic command of Italian and constantly expands these skills by further training.
